Hello! I am an LPC and have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma and abuse issues and lots of work with our veterans suffering with PTSD. I have also done a lot of work with people with chemical dependency issues.

I believe therapy is interactive and that you should do most of the talking instead of me. I always treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and most of all, NO JUDGMENT! My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, narrative, client focused, solution focused and motivational interviewing therapy. Your treatment plan will show you what we are going to do to to meet your unique and specific needs.
