What should your client know about you? My clients range in a variety of needs and challenges, and my experience across a diverse demographic gives me the opportunity to help people in most situations to recover, heal, and overcome issues in their lives. I enjoy helping people transform their lives in both reactive and proactive ways, and look forward to helping you meet your goals. What is your approach to therapy? I am directive, solution-focused, and hope-instilling. My primary theories are CBT, ACT, Trauma-Influenced, DBT, Mindfulness, and Attachment-based. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I'm very directive with treatment plans, and I do tend to give homework and follow-up materials, visuals, and worksheets to help the process of your goals. We will usually work on one goal at a time, and I like to take the "mystery" out of therapy by explaining each goal and technique thoroughly.
