Regardless of our age, life can be incredibly overwhelming at times. Whether you're 2 or 92, there are going to be times that feel especially overwhelming. I have helped many clients of all ages work through a variety of challenges. Whether it be life changes, anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, addiction recovery or any number of other situations, I am there to help you through. Often in life, we can feel alone and that we are carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. You are not alone, I'm here to help.
