I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 25 years of experience and passionate about helping others solve problems and change the way they feel.
My philosophy is compassionate and empathetic communication to engage a client in therapy and help eliminate any anxiety or fear.
I have helped clients over the years that are experiencing depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, high risk pregnancies, relationship difficulties, coping with a new diagnosis of illness, adjustment to illness, coping with diabetes, caregiver stress/support, grief/loss and living with a chronic illness.
My approach to therapy is providing a supportive environment while using cognitive behavioral therapy and solution based therapy.
