My name is Jane Thornton, LPC. I am a licensed counselor in the state of Colorado. My experience as a Mental Health Professional has been primarily in an educational setting as well as Bereavement and Elder Care. My expertise is working with individuals that are experiencing challenges of varying kinds that have disrupted their well-being. My therapeutic approach is person centered, encouraging individuals to utilize the self-awareness they already possess while they gather helpful tools to aid in navigating the challenges they face. My goal is to encourage clients on their journey of healing, to overcome trauma and gain a refreshed outlook on life.
