I'm Debra Mayo. I'm an Arizona native who has been practicing for 23 years. I have worked with clients from 5 to 84 years old to resolve symptoms from trauma, mood disorders and addictions. I have been trained in several modalities such as; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Disorders, EMDR and coming soon Brain training and Emotional Transformation Therapy. I have learned in life that when life presents challenges it's good to have someone along side of you to support you as you face these challenges.
