Hello, I am an Individual and Family Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oklahoma with over twenty years of experience. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family Studies and Gerontology and a Master of Arts Degree in Therapy. I am committed to help with changes that honor values, needs and beliefs. I subscribe to the Code of Ethics of the American Association of Counseling and Development.
I excel in my use of Person-Centered Planning, helping to assist clients who face a broad range of challenges including problems with Trauma, Relationships, Divorce, Self-Esteem, Depression, Cancer, Anxiety as well as problems which Senior Citizens may face as well. I am open minded and non-judgmental. I provide unconditional caring and empathetic counseling. My personal legend in life is, “Walk A Mile in My Moccasins” which provides understanding to help promote change.
