Hello, I'm Debra. Do you need to make positive changes in your life? Are you struggling with daily activities such as work, relationships at home, or maybe legal issues? Are you struggling to understand your thoughts and behaviors? Have any of your loved ones, an employer, or friends mentioned your behaviors that involve alcohol or other drugs? Together, we can bring awareness to these issues by learning how thought patterns affect our behaviors. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. I integrate encouraging motivation and learning to change certain thought patterns that lead to unwelcomed behaviors along with solution-focused interventions and role-play.
