Hi, we all know that life can offer many challenges and sometimes we just need a catalyst or bridge to assist with crossing over (going within) to the next journey or adventure in our lives. I am convinced that there is not one therapeutic approach to working with clients. That's why I use an integrative approach designed specially to meet your individual needs. I am experienced in working with diverse populations and have worked in the mental health field for over 30 years. As a therapist and spiritual motivational coach, I’m no stranger to life challenges.
