About

I am a mental health counselor licensed in the states of Mass and NH. I have been working as a therapist, focusing solely on adults (18+) since 2013. The individuals I worked with have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, history of trauma, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, grief and loss, career challenges, life transitions, OCD, ADHD, agoraphobia and others.

My counseling style is open, compassionate, gentle and laid back as well as respectful, holistic and collaborative. We will work together to understand your goals and focus on the changes you would like to achieve in your life. We will search for practical solutions that work specifically for you, using a variety of methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, mindfulness, EFT, bibliotherapy, and others.

Prior to working in counseling, I had a career in business in Human Resources. My assignments included management, employee relations, staffing and compensation. I am happy to use these experiences to help you with your career related concerns.
