If you are struggling with depression or anxiety and finding this interferes with your daily life I would love to help. If you are having difficulty in school, work or socially we can work together to find new solutions for what is not working. My name is Debi Mahr and I have helped children, teenagers and family for over 20 years with these issues. I would love to talk with you and see if we can be a good fit.
