What should your client know about you? I specialize in treating anxiety and depression and enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan. A strong therapeutic relationship is essential to good therapy. First and foremost, I provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement. I practice a person-centered, collaborative approach to counseling while utilizing cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques. What is your approach to therapy? My role as a therapist is to provide feedback, be a witness, offer support and provide resources as clients seek to achieve therapy goals.
