I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of RI and Board-Certified Coach (license not limited to any one State). I have over 18 years of experience providing therapy and support to adults coping with a variety of different issues: depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders; trauma; grief and loss; relationships; career, aging; and, more recently, goal-oriented life coaching. My experience is multi-dimensional, having worked in inpatient psychiatry setting, as well as many years providing my individual clients with therapy, support, and coaching.

I draw from the basic concepts of Humanistic Psychology and Positive Psychology, thus, I believe that every person has the ability to achieve self-actualization, or living their best life, regardless of their past experiences and decisions. I help my clients focus on the precious present, as well as look ahead and make a plan to get to where they want to be. My therapy style is eclectic, incorporating different modalities to make an individualized plan for my clients. For you, I will start with identifying where you are in your life, and together, we will identify the issues with which you're facing, uncover barriers, set goals, and co-create a plan to achieve them.
