I have over 15 years of clinical experience in various settings including hospital, inpatient, outpatient, correctional, and residential treatment centers. I take an integrative, strength-based approach to help clients increase self-awareness, heal and strengthen relationships, support personal growth, and foster resiliency. I have a collaborative, relational style, and believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the most essential component of effective therapy.

Most of my work has centered around trauma and the manifestation of PTSD. This can include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relational conflicts, and emotional dysregulation to name a few of the effects. My desire is to help create a safe environment to help you achieve your goals and to increase your sense of competence and mastery on your path to recovery.
