A good fit typically increases chances for success in most areas of life. As a therapist I strive to support clients in clarifying barriers, identifying strengths and solutions to obtain goals. In doing so, clients develop self determination to cope, heal and grow.
My experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Mindfulness and Relational Therapies makes me a good fit for members with anxiety, depression, stress management, self esteem issues and relational difficulties.
