Hi, I'm Deborah and I have 7 years of mental health experience. I specialize in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and spiritual problems.
