I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of California and have over 20 years of counseling experience. I work mostly with adults around issues of depression, anxiety and stress, and relationship challenges. I also have experience and a special interest in working with adoptive and foster parents.

I draw mainly on tools from mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and humanistic therapy in my work and tailor counseling plans to meet each client's individual needs.

I believe that we all have the ability to examine our lives to see what is working and what is not working. My goal is to help you uncover the beliefs and behaviors that might be holding you back from leading the life you want to live.
