I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with 20+ years of experience. I have worked with clients in various settings, from community mental health to private practice to residential substance abuse. My clients have presented with many different concerns. My firm belief is that they are never broken despite a person’s life experiences. My job is to point them toward that healthy part of themselves and help it to strengthen. My goal is to help people rediscover their innate peace, happiness, and well-being. My counseling style brings together cognitive, holistic, and integrative. I don’t have a cookie-cutter approach to counseling because every individual is different. So, the counseling approach needs to be flexible to develop the best fit for that person. I see the counseling relationship as a partnership where we work together, creating a plan of treatment that will help you work toward goals that are important to you.
