Being willing to accept, change, and adapt to your new situation, can be daunting and scary but I want to walk this journey with you. You are worth it and deserve a better life with consistency, growth and a little fun! I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with 13-plus years of phone counseling experience related to grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transition related to postpartum depression, new careers, retirement, divorce, disabilities, and the aging process. Experience also includes building and maintaining relationships in a healthy way. I want to walk this journey with you providing empathy, education, and a non-judgmental safe place for you to share your thoughts and feelings. We will move at your pace because we cannot rush grief.
