Hi! My name is Deb and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, working with diverse populations. It takes a lot of courage to begin to face your issues in therapy, but I am a firm believer there is always hope. Each person brings their own unique stories and strengths, and we can use those to help manage anything you are dealing with. I have specialized in co-occurring disorders (mental health and addiction), as well as serious and persistent disorders and personality disorders. I have many years of experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe in a mindfulness based therapy and in each person’s ability to challenge their own thoughts. I am here to listen without judgment, and support you in your recovery and improvement. I look forward to helping you!
