Deborah has more than 25 years of experience working in mental health and is passionate and committed to the field. Having the experience in both the psychiatric and psychological fields has enabled her to integrate interventions. Deborah has experience working with multiple conditions including Addictions, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, ODD, schizophrenia, etc. She worked in one of the largest practices in South Texas for over twenty years and had the opportunity to work with all age groups – children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Deborah is extremely comfortable serving the Hispanic community and Spanish speaking patients. Over the years, she has had extensive psychopharmacology training to provide up-to-date medication management. Deborah remains active with the University of Texas RGV helping develop mental health modules and mentoring providers. She loves to spend time with family, travel, fitness, and practices yoga regularly.
