Welcome! My name is Deborah Haddock and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I've worked in the mental health field for over 30 years and have a master's degree in counseling psychology. I'm also certified as a wellness coach and spiritual director. I worked with a wide range of mental health issues and am currently focusing on mindfulness-based therapy, wellness, spiritual issues, anxiety, grief and loss, and creating greater meaning in life.

I tailor my approach to each client, but primarily focus on Adlerian therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I believe that the most important part of therapy is to create a genuine client/therapist relationship. Compassion is my guiding principle and I am more concerned with the person than the diagnosis.

I know that it isn't always easy to start therapy, but that's okay. We'll walk the path together.
