I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and California with 14 years of experience in mental health. I have been doing counseling work for over 10 years and have worked with clients of all ages and with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, personality disorders, relationship issues, codependency, poor emotion regulations, OCD, ADHD, pain management issues, etc.
My therapy style is honest and upfront, I believe that if you truly want to address your life issues then you need to own them and work on them. I believe in treating everyone with respect and kindness and meeting them where they are at in their life. I try not to judge anyone and work with them to overcome whatever barriers have kept them from wellness. I work to tailor my treatment plans to meet the individual needs and uphold their strengths.
