So much of life can be challenging! I work along with you to change, improve and bring wholeness to the lives of individuals and families. Whether you're dealing with grief and aging issues, depression or anxiety at any age, transitioning from military service to civilian life, or clarifying your thoughts on spiritual issues (I am also a certified Spiritual Director, a different but related hat!) I use a variety of therapy modalities, including DBT and CBT, all strength-based and solution-focused therapies to establish and meet measurable goals for positively affecting the lives of my clients. Everybody you see has some secret heartache - nobody is exempt! I work to bring hope to that heartache and I believe there are always ways of accomplishing a better quality of life.
