I specialize in anxious and depressive disorders, but by no means am I limited to these issues. I am trained and certified in CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! My approach to treatment is client centered, supported by evidenced based treatment. I believe sessions should revolve around client need, validation, and skills/resources that match what a client is searching for. I work together with my client to identify and create goals that reflect client need, areas for growth, and strenghts.
