I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Private Practice. I have been in the field for almost 40 years. I love people and my work. I believe that people have everything they need within them to figure out this thing called life. Therefore, my job is to listen closely to what is being shared so that I can reflect what is not being listened to by an individual.

I teach skills to self regulate, mindfulness, breath work, grounding techniques, etc. I find that there are many ways to help with the healing process and they can be both simple and unique to an individual’s needs. Our emotions are a very wise part of us as individuals and I often say “feel what you feel when you feel it “. I enjoy helping people discover their own beautiful unique wholeness and use that as a guide for what may help with feeling better and more at peace.
