I am glad you're taking a chance on yourself. Asking for help can feel very foreign and difficult. I'm Deandra and you can call me Dee. I am licensed in Texas with 13 years of professional work experience. My background is working with children and families who face difficulties with sensory processing disorders, ADHD, Autism, and receptive and expressive language. My background in organizational leadership has contributed to my ability to help disorganized interpersonal relationships better understand each other by helping to understand themselves. Grief, stress, and anxiety are apart of our daily lives, some more profound than the others. Wouldn't life be so peaceful if you learned how to manage by learning what works for your needs? Are you ready to tune in to yourself to better relate to those in the world around you? Each of us exist in environments such as the workplace, the home, life with your partner, with your parents, and or with your children. How will you show up? I like to use some therapeutic modalities to help you get there. I like Narrative therapy, chair therapy, role play, EFT tapping, breath work, therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, defining what spirituality means to you, and somatic release. Lets discover your paradigm together. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am laid back, understanding and open minded and I am happy to meet you where you are.
