I pride myself on my ability to connect with my clients on a deep level that helps bring about the changes they are seeking. I am a Masters Level Addiction Professional (MCAP) and have an extensive background working with addictions. I am the author of Anxiety You Are Canceled and will be releasing an Anxiety workbook soon! What is your approach to therapy? I believe therapy is a collaborative effort and while the work we do will be different, it will be a team approach to helping you reach your goals. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Many clients have told me they enjoy my personality and the humor I bring to therapy. I am a huge supporter of laughter as medicine and I try to help my clients feel a little lighter as they leave the session then when it began.
