I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience working with diverse populations in social service agency and private practice settings including in-person and telehealth. Prior to earning my MSW at the University of Washington I had an 8 year career in Human Resources for a Fortune 500 company.
My focus is on working with men on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, career and life issues and love / family relationships. I begin with a client centered focus and draw from a variety of therapeutic tools including those from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), EFT, CBT and DBT.
