Hello my name is Dawniel (donYell) and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 16 years of experience working with adults, families and children. I have experience working with a wide range of challenges and concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and other various life challenges as they arise. My approach is personalized and interactive. I believe in treating others with dignity, respect, and compassion. My approach is eclectic with a strong focus strengths and treating the whole person. I like to combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and some psychodynamic counseling. Together we will create an individualized treatment plan to meet your unique needs. I earned my B.A. In Psychology from the University of California, Davis. I also have a Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, a second masters degree in business management and my doctorate is in organizational development. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. When you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
