I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I also have a ton of experience in the substance use field and trauma related issues. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
