Hello. I am Dawn. I am excited you have begun this journey to explore your goals and begin a plan to obtain them. I have been lucky to have worked with a variety of people throughout my career and have extensive experience in different types of therapies including working in a prison, probation, community health, home-based and private practice. I have worked with adults individually, in groups and in couples situations, as well as teenagers. I have met some great people along the way and together we were able to make their life better. I am trained in addictions, trauma, solution-focused, CBT, couples and DBT. I use an eclectic approach that best fits the person I am working with.
