During this time of panic and with the decrease of social interaction, we all are looking for ways to normalize our lives. We are worrying about our health, our loved ones, and financial well being; just to name a few. These worries can cause stress, anxiety, and depression. You are not alone.

My treatment approach starts where the client is, also known as Client Centered Therapy. I introduce other therapeutic methods (CBT,DBT, Solution Focus) as needed. I’m committed to helping others feel that their lives have meaning, and their voice is heard. We all are the same while simultaneously unique. My education includes a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Mary Mount Manhattan College, and Master degree in Social Work completed at New York University. I have a back ground in education, substance abuse, and mental health. My experience (addiction and clinical) took place while at the Addiction Institute of New York, Jacobi Hospital(Bronx, NY), Las Vegas’ psychiatric/medical hospitals, and NV Correctional Institutions.
