I am a supportive and non-judgmental therapist (she/her) licensed in Colorado with over 19 years of experience working with adults, children and teens. I have successfully worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety and stress, phobias, Autism and Asperger's Syndrome issues, relationship issues and life-skills. I want to help you build coping skills by providing tools specific to your needs and therapy goals.

My therapy style is warm and client-centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels or gender roles. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness, desensitization therapy and guided imagery. For many of the people I work with, its important to know that I'm LGBTQ+ affirming. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs and therapy goals.
