I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California. I have over 16 years of experience in the field working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with children, families and individual clients of all ages. I have worked with clients regarding a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, positive parenting, grief and loss as well as working with people who have experienced trauma and abuse.

My therapeutic style is person centered, warm and interactive. I believe in treating people with respect, compassion and sensitivity. I don't believe in labeling or stigmatizing people. My therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and person centered approaches. I meet people where they are at so to speak and tailor their treatment plan to meet their individual and unique needs.
