Thank you very much for your interest in my Profile. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 10 years of experience working with Adults and Families with severe and persistent Mental Illness either through direct service provision or leading teams to treat Clients serving in a variety of treatment organizations leadership roles. I also have additional experience of 10 years leading Health Plans to develop and manage health services provider networks, ensure the best quality of care for patients, and lead provider teams to success. I incorporate both my direct care service delivery and organizational leadership experience into my counseling approach and address an array of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, family and relationship issues, coping with life changes, and career issues, in particular, stemming from excessive career stress or need for an improved work-life balance.

My counseling theory and approach is highly empathetic, incorporates active listening while working from a choice theory and reality therapy perspective, and assisting my Clients with the framework to understand self-evaluation, review current wants and behaviors, and to build plans based on insight developed to take action to achieve overall goals. Overall I have a strong predisposition and passion to help people help themselves. I am a husband, father and man of faith. I love life and helping others to reach their desired life picture and fullest potential.
