About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Washington. I have over 16 years experience working with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in working with those experiencing grief/loss, major life stressors, depression, stress, anxiety, LGBTQ issues, men's issues, new medical diagnoses as well as many others.

I am a graduate of Portland State University (2005), and am trained in CBT, Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction and animal assisted therapies.

My counseling style is eclectic, and I use a combination of modalities that my clients find to be helpful. I draw from psychodynamic, existential and humanistic approaches. I've been told that my counseling style is warm, inviting and non judgmental.
