About
I began practicing Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 with individual and group therapy specific to trauma and stress related issues; providing counseling for individuals who need support through life challenges that are simply associated with the complexity of being human. My services are also provided specific to historically oppressed populations and adults subjected to any location within the United States criminal justice system and/or whose childhood development took place in marginalized communities. I have several years’ experience beyond counseling in supporting families in crisis.
My approach is humanistic and seeks to draw out strengths in clients while providing evidence-based counseling practices to help in your personal journey. I use a collaborative style and provide services that are unique to the individual seeking assistance.
