How I like to work.The last years, I've been working with a mixture of individuals using primarily psychodynamic/ psychoanalytic/CBT.I like to work with a small number of patients often over a period of years.And if, after this initial session, you decide to move forward, we should aim to meet at this time and this location each and every week.The purpose, or aim, is to create a time and a space which is entirely yours, week on week. What is your approach to therapy? My therapy style is warm and interactive. I don't take a one size fits all approach when meeting with a client. I specialize in the individual that I am meeting with, and getting to know you. Each person is unique and has their own life story that has made them who they are today. I am trained and utilize humanistic, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, CBT, relational, and trauma therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? The more you try and put all your thoughts and emotions into words, the closer you'll come to symptom reduction, catharsis, resolution to internal and external conflicts, finding a solution, and feeling better. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take those first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
