Note: Dr. David Tessler is only offering psychological assessments/diagnoses for children under the age of 18. Psychological assessments are primarily conducted virtually, though your provider will be available to meet in-person if clinically necessary. Dr. David Tessler does not provide individual therapy services. Dr. David Tessler is a professional psychologist who has honed his skills in performing in-depth psychological assessments. He works with Elemy where he provides highly tailored diagnostic examinations to children. He has more than ten years of experience diagnosing children with a wide range of challenges, including developmental disabilities, ADHD, and learning disabilities, as well as emotional illnesses, including despair and anxiety. Dr. Tessler administers and scores the tests, interprets the results, and creates a comprehensive yet personalized report based on your child's learning skills and requirements. He believes that psychological exams provide valuable information, such as cognitive strengths and deficits and treatment and intervention recommendations. Dr. Tessler is based in Florida, and earned his doctorate in psychology from Widener University, with a specialty in clinical psychology. He stays up to date on the latest techniques that have been developed.
