I am passionate about helping men from various walks of life, level up and grow, adjust to changes whether it is loss of relationship or job or entering into a new personal or professional situation. I also enjoy doing marital and premarital couples counseling, helping couples learn how to communicate more effectively and be kinder to each other. I also strive to help my clients in making meaning from adversity, feeling better about themselves and being better in relationships. Those who grow more quickly also enjoy learning and are open to honest but caring feedback.
