I have over 30 years of experience helping individuals and couples with a wide variety of issues. One of the focuses of my practice has been helping men and women manage anger more effectively. I offer both group and individual therapy to help you understand the source of your anger and develop the skills to deal with it in more helpful ways. I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and currently offer telehealth appointments exclusively for your convenience. I look forward to talking with you!
