I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with 20 years of professional work experience. I believe there’s always a way to achieve a goal, to overcome a problem, to make lasting changes. We will work together to identify your specific goals and create a plan to meet them. I will meet you exactly where you are at and we take steps towards change at a pace that is comfortable for you. I am experienced helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse.
