From a young age, I was nicknamed "Sherpa" and I have embraced that in both my personal and professional lives. As a Therapist, I envision that my role is to be an active guide in your journey to conquer life's mountains. It is not easy work but what I can guarantee is that I will always ensure that the space that we share with one another remains safe and without judgment.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and for the past 20 years, I've had experience in private practice, law enforcement, healthcare, and Employee Assistance programs. Over the years, I have followed by clinical interests to introduce me to a considerable number of areas in counseling including Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Perinatal Mental Health, and Trauma which has resulted in close to 500 hours of continuing education in the past couple of years. I have certificates in Trauma-informed Care, Perinatal Mental Health, Strength-based Leadership, and Professional Coaching.
I completed my MBA in Organizational Management in December 2022.

I have had the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan and for a wide range of concerns, although I have particularly enjoyed working with adults the most.

I work with Find A Therapist on a limited basis, so that I can ensure that the quality of care that I provide is one that I would want for a friend or loved one. I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours but no longer than 48 hours, Monday through Friday. I will try my best to respond to messages as able on the weekend.
