The focus of my work is simple: helping you to increase the happiness and fulfillment you experience in your life. How exactly we do that is something I hope to explore and identify together. I know first hand that deciding to make a lasting change in your life takes real strength and courage. I also know that the fruits of that labor are almost always well worth it. Through a collaborative approach, I work to help you take back control of your life, and to become the person you want to be. What is your approach to therapy? I aim to bring flexibility, presence, authenticity, and compassion to every counseling session, and to help those I work with reconnect to their own unique potentialities to live value-driven lives.
