About

Over the last fifteen years, I have had the great fortune of being a provider. My career began working with children, then higher education students, and finally as a behavioral health provider for adults, families, and couples in addition to serving as a supervisor, director, administrator, program developer, consultant, and executive director. Therapy is my passion and a career that I felt honored to have been part of for the past fifteen years. I believe in effective and evidence-based clinical programming that comes from the place where science and philosophy intersect, including approaches like motivational interviewing, third wave CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused approaches, and other interventions that are designed to bring the best out of the clients that work with me.
