I am licensed in Utah with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, bipolar disorder, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I use a person-centered approach in my work, which means that each therapy session centers on you, your experience, your history, needs, desires, knowledge, and wisdom, in a safe and accepting space. This approach enables you to explore and understand better the person inside. When you know yourself better, you instinctively know what you genuinely want and need, independent of outside opinions.
