Teens and young adults have a lot to juggle in their lives and I'd be happy to help you or your family navigate! I work exclusively with clients ages 12 and up to relieve anxiety, depression, OCD, and other psychological and emotional issues in order to find control and balance in their lives. By using CBT and mindfulness strategies I aim to help you or your child change old patterns and learn new skills focused on improving self-esteem, resilience, goal-setting, and coping skills. Sessions will be tailored to develop a strong rapport and lasting changes. I have 18 years of experience working with teens and adults in settings throughout the Hudson Valley. My professional interest is in use of mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral strategies. Finding the right therapist for yourself or your teen can be daunting and I'm here to help!
