I have had 10 years of experience as a Professional Counselor. As a Counselor I have clinical experience with youth, families, couples and individuals, particularly with substance abuse counseling. I earned a Master of Science in Pastoral and Professional Counseling from Loyola University and my Bachelors in Political Science from University of Maryland. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy to facilitate meaningful change in my clients' lives. My style is relaxed and organic; more like therapeutic conversations. I look forward to working with you in this important and healing work.
