Progress takes time, commitment, and hard work, much like the counseling process! Things you will not find here: A friend, someone dragging you up a mountain, a dragon (maybe). Much like the list, life has expected and unexpected results! I specialize in both. What I can bring to the table is an authentic personality, a professional application, and years of counseling experience. All I ask is that you bring yourself, as you are. I will walk beside you up the mountain or hill; bring your hiking boots and some water!
